If plans change,
here's how I handle it.

Cancellations and refunds, written plainly. The aim is simple: to be fair to you, and honest about what's possible.

The free demo class

Nothing to refund — just tell me.

The demo class is free, so there's nothing to pay back. If you've reserved a spot and can't make it, a quick message frees your place for someone on the waiting list. No fee, no fuss.

Monthly classes — group & one-to-one

Cancel anytime. No surprise charges.

The group circle and one-to-one are billed for a 30-day month. You can stop whenever you like — just write to me. The month you've already paid for runs its course, and it simply doesn't renew. I won't charge you again without you choosing to continue.

Because a month's teaching is delivered across the cycle, a part-used month isn't refunded — but if you've barely begun (within the first 3 days, no more than one session attended) and it isn't right for you, write to me and I'll refund it in full.

Workshops

A held seat, handled kindly.

Workshop seats are limited, so a booking holds a place that someone else couldn't take. If you cancel 48 hours or more before the workshop begins, you get a full refund. Within 48 hours, I offer a credit toward a future workshop rather than a refund, since the seat was held for you.

If I ever cancel or move a workshop, you choose: a full refund, or a credit — whichever you'd prefer.

Rescheduling a session

Life happens — give me a day's notice.

For one-to-one sessions, you can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and we'll find another time within your month. A session missed without notice counts as taken. If something genuine and sudden comes up, tell me — I'd far rather understand than hold a rule over you.

How to ask, and how long it takes

Write to me — I'll sort it out.

To cancel or request a refund, email [email protected] or message me on WhatsApp. Tell me your name, the class, and the date you paid. I reply within 2 days.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, and usually land within 5–7 business days (sometimes sooner). You'll get a note from me when it's done.

Above all: if something went genuinely wrong, write to me. I'd rather be fair than rigid. This page is dated June 2026.

Need to cancel or ask?

Reach me directly. I'll make it right.

The same form, the same one pair of hands.
